Using the web app

Organize & wiki

Turn incoming sources into a linked wiki — organize, view as a graph, edit directly.

This is the Knowledge → Wiki screen — where incoming sources become a linked set of wiki documents. This is Comitia's ontology, in practice.

Organizing

Click "Organize what's new" at the top of the screen to fold newly gathered sources into the wiki.

  • Tables are organized by code, prose by AI. Ledger numbers are recomputed from the raw source by code, not the AI — so they can't be wrong
  • Meeting notes are collected as-is into one page per month (meetings/2026-09)
  • If it can't finish in one pass, it picks up where it left off. Just wait until it's done
  • You can also hand this to your own AI — /comitia:ingest in Claude Code. That way it doesn't cost anything on the Comitia side → Using it from an AI agent

The top-level index, changelog (log), and overview are all kept up to date by Comitia automatically. Check the changelog to see what changed and when.

Two ways to browse

  • Document view — pick a document from the folder tree and read it
  • Ontology graph — see how documents link to each other as dots and lines. An isolated dot is a document that isn't linked to anything yet

Editing directly

  • Open a document and click "Edit directly" — saving adds a "Manually edited" badge
  • 🔑 A document someone has hand-edited won't be overwritten by the next organize. New sources just get appended as list lines
  • You can also create new documents/folders, rename, move, and delete here. Use "Select multiple" to do several at once

Once things are organized, head to Ask the assistant.
