Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms, entered into a service use agreement with the Company, and been granted an account.
- "Account" means the Member's unique right to use the Service, created using an email address or other means for the purpose of identifying the Member and enabling use of the Service.
- "Workspace" means the data management space, organized by corporate entity (company), that a Member creates within the Service.
- "User Content" means all documents, data, text, URLs, files, and other materials that a Member provides to the Service by uploading, entering, connecting, or other means.
- "AI Output" means all organized knowledge pages, answers, summaries, citations, and other results generated by the Service's artificial intelligence based on User Content.
- "Paid Service" means any service or feature that the Company provides for a fee.
Terms not defined in these Terms of Service are governed by applicable law and general commercial practice.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Members.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws.
- When the Company amends these Terms, it will specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment and post notice on the Service's initial screen or on a website operated by the Company, beginning at least 7 days before the effective date. However, in the case of a change that is disadvantageous or material to Members, the Company will give notice beginning at least 30 days before the effective date and will separately notify Members individually, such as by email.
- If a Member continues to use the Service without expressing an intent to refuse by the effective date of the amended Terms, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A Member who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the service use agreement.
- Matters not specified in these Terms, and the interpretation of these Terms, are governed by applicable law or commercial practice.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Accounts)
- A service use agreement is formed when a person wishing to use the Service (the "Applicant") agrees to these Terms and applies for registration in accordance with the procedure set by the Company, and the Company accepts the application.
- An Applicant may register using an email address and password, or through social login supported by the Company (authentication via an external service account, such as Google or Apple). In the case of social login, the terms and policies of the relevant external service may separately apply.
- Only persons aged 14 or older may register for and use the Service. Persons under the age of 14 may not register as Members.

If a Member becomes aware that their account has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must notify the Company immediately and follow the Company's instructions.
- The Company is not liable for disadvantages arising from account theft or similar incidents caused by a Member's failure to manage their account, unless the Company acted with intent or was negligent.

- AI Output is reference material provided only for informational purposes and to assist with work, and does not substitute for advice from qualified professionals such as tax accountants, attorneys, certified labor consultants, certified public accountants, or investment advisers. The Service does not provide tax agency services, legal advice, investment advice, or other services requiring professional qualifications under applicable law, including the Certified Tax Accountant Act, the Attorney-at-Law Act, and the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.
- Before making important decisions, such as tax filings, legal acts, disbursement of funds, or personnel decisions, Members must always confirm with a qualified professional in the relevant field.

The Company does not use User Content beyond the scope of the purpose of providing the Service, and does not use User Content to train AI models without the Member's separate consent.
- Members warrant that they hold lawful rights to their User Content or have obtained the necessary consents and permissions. Members are responsible for any disputes or damages arising from User Content infringing the intellectual property rights, personal information, trade secrets, or other rights of third parties.

However, where urgent action is necessary, the Company may act first and give notice afterward, and the Member may raise an objection in accordance with the procedure set by the Company.
Article 10 (Paid Services)
- The Service currently operates primarily around features provided free of charge. The Company may introduce Paid Services in the future, in which case it will give advance notice within the Service and separate disclosure of the terms of use, including fees, payment methods, and refund criteria, and will apply them only after obtaining the Member's consent.
- If a feature previously provided free of charge is converted to a paid feature, the Company will give notice at least 30 days before the conversion, and fees will not be automatically charged unless the Member consents.
- Specific matters regarding the use, payment, withdrawal of subscription, and refunds for Paid Services are governed by applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and by the terms of use for Paid Services separately established by the Company.

- When the service use agreement is terminated, the Member's account information, workspace, User Content, and AI Output will be deleted, except for the following:
- Information subject to a retention obligation under applicable law — retained for the period prescribed by such law and then destroyed
- The minimum information the Company has designated in the Privacy Policy for purposes such as preventing fraudulent use
- Deleted data cannot be recovered, so Members should back up any data they need before applying for termination.
- The Company may terminate the service use agreement where a Member violates these Terms, in accordance with Article 9(2), in which case this Article applies mutatis mutandis to the handling of data.

- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages, or lost profits, unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
- The limitations of liability in this Article do not apply where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law (such as damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or where doing so would violate mandatory consumer protection law).
Article 15 (Ownership of Rights)
